| ACSR - Overview |
|
ACSR is the only designation of its kind that meets the needs of the participant by offering courses in three different formats: seminars, self-study, or on-site classes. FLEXIBILITY - ACSR is tailored to fit your study needs and schedule. There are three ways to earn the designation: CONVENIENCE - Insurance Skills Center (ISC) wants you to be the best in this industry. More importantly, we want you to properly learn the material in the mode that best suits your needs. If you don't pass the exam on the first try, it's possible for you to come to any ACSR seminar to retake the exam when you're ready. You can retake the exam without the time or the cost of retaking the course. This feature distinguishes ACSR from other designation programs. QUALITY - ACSR is the only designation endorsed by these insurance organizations: American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU), Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTC), Independent Insurance Agents of America (IIAA), as well as IBA West and Insurance Skills Center. COMPARE - What are other organizations offering? In a world in which business runs 24-7, do these other designation programs offer the flexibility to meet your busy schedule? BENEFITS AND CLASS PREPARATION - ISC wants you to successfully pass the exam. You have the option to receive the book in advance of the class so that you can pre-study for the exam. OPEN BOOK EXAMS - The exam is also an open book exam, as knowing where to find the answer is just as important to knowing the answer. AGENCY SAVINGS - There are no annual dues to pay. E&O POLICY RENEWAL DISCOUNT - ACSR is the only designation programme that will provide your agency with up to 10% off your E&O Policy Renewal with either Westport/ERC or Fireman's Fund. RE-ACCREDITATION - Annually, ACSR designation holders need to take 7 hours of CE credits with Insurance Skills Center/IBA West to maintain the ACSR designation. The course must be completed by the 31st December of each year. To make it easy for you to comply, ISC offers five ways to update your designation: |
