    Hideous Endorsements – Broker Beware (4 CE, PM): This class discusses a collection of restrictive and exclusionary endorsements found in property and liability forms that can have significant impact upon your customers’ coverage. The ability to identify, discuss and disclose these endorsements to your customers and/or negotiate with the underwriters will help to reduce your potential E&O exposure.

    Ethics Requirements begins January 2007
    The process is finally complete and the Department of Insurance has publicly announced the new regulation. It will apply to all license renewals effective January 1, 2007. Note that a January 1, 2007 renewal would have until the end of the month (January 31st) to take the ""Ethics Approved"" Class or Classes.
