Insurance Skills Center Announces New Construction Designation Insurance Skills Center will be offering the new Certified Insurance Specialist in Construction (CISC) designation during its Contractors & Builders Conference. The CISC Designation is designed to provide a professional development program for the construction industry specialist. This three-part course will provide the tools to work effectively and proactively with the construction client. The core of each CISC segment will focus on understanding the client's operation; analyzing the construction contract; identifying the insured's vulnerabilities; and structuring the insurance and non-insurance solutions. The CISC Designation will be offered in conjunction with the Contractors & Builders Conference and will be held in five locations: Ontario, Sacramento, Fresno, Las Vegas, and Seattle.
